Prayers appreciated

I just found out that my grandmother was put in the hospital today. She has cancer and her health has been declining rapidly.
If you are the praying kind of person, I would so appreciate your sending up prayers for both Mary Jane and Joe Grace. They live in Jackson, TN and I hate being so far away, especially at times like these.
I am planning on going for a visit next Friday and staying for the weekend. I just know that I need to be there with them.
